At The Kolam Stencils, each stencil is handcrafted with care, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once an order has been delivered. Since our stencils are handcrafted, minor natural variations in design, size, or finish are part of the product’s character and are not considered defects.

We encourage you to carefully review product images, descriptions, and size details before placing your order.

2. Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we will gladly assist if:

• You received a damaged product, or
• You received the wrong item compared to what you ordered.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo/video proof of the issue. Our team will review your request and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, where applicable.

3. No Exchanges

As we currently do not offer size or design exchanges, please choose your product carefully at the time of ordering. If you need help deciding, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to accept returns or replacement requests in the following cases:

• Change of mind after delivery.
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear after delivery.
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
• Products without original packaging, if applicable.
