• We accept payments through the payment methods listed at checkout. Full payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Since our products are handcrafted, minor natural variations are not considered defects.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect items received, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
